Who am I and what do I offer you?

I am a Diplomate and Graduate in Tourism from the Alcalá de Henares University, with postgraduate studies from the Complutense University of Madrid in Tourism Communication and Marketing and an not-regulated Master's Degree in Marketing and Commerce from the EFEM Vocational Training School.

I have an official Tourist Guide Accreditation as a member of the National Association of Guides CEFAPIT, as well as the Tourism Quality Certificate for the city of Alcalá de Henares granted by the Secretary of State for Tourism of Spain.

I am in love of my job. I am a professional with more than 10 years of experience. My mission? that you discover and live Madrid and its surroundings in a different way, as I feel them, enjoying and learning in your visit, that is, an experience that enriches you and you want to repeat.

I offer personalized service adapting to your needs, providing transportation, tickets (skip the line), restaurants or even audio-guide receivers if you require it.
